Human Resources Specialist

The HR Specialist supports core human resources functions and helps ensure HR programs, policies, and processes are administered effectively. This role focuses on employee relations, benefits, onboarding, HR compliance, recruiting support, HRIS administration, and leave management.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister day-to-day HR processes, programs, and employee supportMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationCoordinate onboarding, offboarding, and new hire paperworkSupport benefits enrollment, changes, and employee questionsAssist with recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationHelp ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulationsProcess employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and terminationsSupport leave of absence tracking and related documentationPrepare reports, audits, and HR correspondenceUse HRIS systems to update and manage employee dataRespond to employee inquiries and escalate complex issues when appropriate
