Market Development Specialist – Expanding zTrip in Nashville

Position Overview

The Market Development Specialist plays a key role in increasing brand visibility, building local relationships, and supporting business development initiatives. This position focuses on connecting zTrip with businesses, organizations, and the community to drive meaningful growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities of a Market Development Specialist:

Business Development & Relationship Building

• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with local businesses and community organizations
• Identify new opportunities for growth and revenue generation
• Generate and qualify leads through networking and outreach efforts
• Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients and partners
• Track activities and opportunities accurately within CRM systems

Marketing & Brand Engagement

• Help strengthen zTrip’s presence across social media platforms
• Represent the company at local events, outreach programs, and community initiatives
• Assist with email campaigns and customer communications
• Support local promotional efforts and advertising initiatives
• Contribute ideas and content to enhance brand recognition

Operational Support

• Assist with recruiting events and hiring initiatives
• Support communication efforts with drivers and internal teams
• Help manage customer follow-up and satisfaction efforts
• Provide coordination support to streamline administrative tasks for leadership

Community Involvement

This role requires active engagement within the local business and networking community, including participation in:

• Local networking events and meetups
• Chamber of Commerce gatherings
• Entrepreneur and small business groups
• Community expos and city events
