Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

At Citco, this people-centric philosophy is the core of who we are—and it shines through in everything we do, every day.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all payroll and benefit changes are processed accordingly and put into the payroll system for paymentTimely communicate all payroll related information with the relevant payroll providerCheck the processed payroll output before submitting the payment.Own the full payroll cycle, ensuring all procedures and controls are accurately documented.Prepare and maintain relevant payroll spreadsheets and reports.Handle queries from employees and third parties in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all queries are answered within agreed timescales;Manage payroll related audits.Maintains and track all COBRA and FMLA claims Including Leave of Absence requests from start to finish.Create and maintain spreadsheets for employees on work permit, maternity and sick leaveAudit new hire paperwork and I-9s to ensure compliance.Ensure all payroll documentation is filed in personnel or payroll files on a semi-monthly/monthly basis.Partner with the Payroll & Benefits Manager by assisting with ad-hoc requests, special projects, and day-to-day operational needs that arise, such as onboarding, offboarding etc.You have a community college or Bachelor's Degree; 2-3 years of experience in US Payroll or Benefits administration.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatoryAble to handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and tactExceptional skill in balancing priorities in a dynamic, high-volume environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with the ADP Work Force Now payroll platform is an advantageOur BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance and central to our success here at Citco.
