Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize large-scale data pipelines using Databricks
- Architect and maintain Delta Lake solutions for reliability and performance
- Ensure data quality, governance, and pipeline observability
- Partner with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Min Ten+ Years of Experience required.
- Property & Casualty Insurance in big Plus
- Databricks (strong hands-on experience)- Must Have
- Apache Spark and PySpark
- Python and/or Scala
- SQL and data modeling
- ETL/ELT pipeline design and optimization
- Delta Lake
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
