Summit Home Care and Hospice is searching for an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. At Summit, we’re committed to providing comprehensive healthcare services in the comfort of our patients' homes to positively impact quality of life by redefining the delivery of care.Marketing Specialist:Office Location: 800 Yard St. Suite 300, Columbus, OH 43212Work Setting: In-Office, Remote and Travel as Needed to Events & Other Office LocationsTravel: Required + Mileage ReimbursementAnnual Salary: $60,000 - $70,000/YearJob Summary:Marketing Specialist responsible for executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, referral growth, community engagement, and lead generation. Supports digital marketing, social media, website content, and outreach efforts while collaborating across teams to strengthen the brand and support organizational growth throughout our Ohio and Indiana locations.Responsibilities:Execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, referrals, and lead generation.Support annual marketing plans and organizational growth initiatives.Maintain brand consistency across markets, channels, and service lines.Develop marketing materials and content for referral partners and consumers.Support market expansion, launches, and community outreach efforts.Coordinate multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social, email, and print marketing.Create targeted content for healthcare professionals, community partners, and patients.Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives.Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and insights.Maintain website content, SEO, and user experience enhancements.Coordinate website updates with vendors and external partners.Manage social media channels, content calendars, and engagement strategies.Create engaging content including graphics, videos, articles, and promotional materials.Leverage marketing technology, automation, and AI tools to improve results.Stay current on marketing trends and recommend innovative solutions.Support events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.Build relationships with healthcare partners and community organizations.Maintain marketing reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.Education & Experience:Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, public relations, or related field preferred.Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing, communications, business development support, or related experience preferred.Healthcare marketing experience preferred.Experience with WordPress, GoDaddy or similar hosting platforms, Google Business Profile Management, Social media platforms, Digital advertising tools, Marketing analytics platforms, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software, SEO/SEM principles, CRM systems, and AI-enabled marketing tools.Skills:Strategic marketing leadership and project management.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Data-driven decision making and performance reporting.Creative problem solving, brand management, and team coaching.Work Environment:Occasional travel between Ohio and Indiana locations.Frequent use of computers, marketing platforms, and digital technologies.Occasional evening and weekend attendance at community events, trade shows, sponsorship activities, and marketing functions.Frequent interaction with referral sources, healthcare professionals, vendors, and organizational leadership.Why Summit?We offer a well-rounded benefits package to support you both at work and at home.
