Job Summary:
We are seeking an detail-oriented Inside Sales Support Representative with strong order management, customer service, inventory coordination, and ERP system experience.

The Inside Sales Support Representative will serve as a key contact for customers, distributors, factories, contract manufacturers, internal sales teams, warehouse, shipping, and operations. This position supports accurate order entry, shipment coordination, customer inquiries, inventory monitoring, quotations, forecasts, reporting, RMAs, and distributor programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing order entry, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery scheduling, order revisions, confirmations, shipment updates, and customer-requested changes using internal ERP and business systems.
- Responding to customer, distributor, and internal inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, inventory, order status, delivery updates, shipment issues, and product-related questions.
- Coordinating with factories, contract manufacturers, sales, warehouse, shipping, production, operations, vendors, and customers to resolve order, shipment, return, cancellation, and discrepancy issues.
- Preparing and updating quotations, supporting customer account activity, managing CRM inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer, product, part number, ERP, CRM, and order processing records.
- Supporting forecasting, hub order processing, distributor programs, quarterly stock rotation activities, inventory monitoring, and customer inventory planning.
- Generating weekly and monthly reports, process RMAs, following up on returns and shipment discrepancies, and performing general clerical and administrative duties as needed.

- Pay: $55K annually.
- Employment type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ( Training schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.)
- Location: Torrance, CA. 100% Onsite.
