Overview PREP COOK WANTED. Sky Dine Colorado LLC, located in Durango Airport, is looking for a motivated Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. Pay: $23.50/hour. Responsibilities Preparing ingredients: washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and measuring Following recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality Labeling and stocking ingredients in proper storage areas Maintaining cleanliness and organization of prep stations and kitchen tools Assisting cooks with basic cooking tasks Monitoring food freshness and discarding expired items Complying with food safety and sanitation standards Supporting kitchen operations during busy service hours Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow Why Work With Us?
