Answers telephone inquiries. Performs a variety of clerical duties to proactively identify and respond to the needs of the patients, medical office staff and physicians. Uses customer service skills and teamwork strategies to provide quality service to all customers.Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. 1-3 years of experience.
