Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center is growing and looking for compassionate, dedicated CNAs to join our amazing team!

CNA Resident Ratios

AM Shift: 1:9
PM Shift: 1:11
NOC Shift: 1:18

Schedule

8-hour shifts
Rotating weekends and holidays required
AM Shift- Part-Time
PM Shift- Full-Time or Part-Time
NOC Shift- Full-Time or Part-Time

Shift Differential

Additional $2.00/hour for PM and NOC shifts

Sign-On Bonus

Full-Time: $7,500
Part-Time: $3,750

Medication Tech Opportunities

CNAs with the appropriate Medication Tech certification may have opportunities to work as a Med Tech. CBRF certification alone does not qualify.

CNA Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides resident care under the direction of nursing staff, including:

Assisting with feeding and grooming
Changing linens
Transporting and transferring residents
Supporting daily resident care needs

Requirements

Active Wisconsin CNA license in good standing
Strong customer service and communication skills
Passion for working with the aging population
Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
