The RN Supervisor at The Madison Health and Rehab leads and oversees nursing staff during the Monday - Friday day shift, managing a team of 12 - 20 licensed care professionals. This role focuses on providing quality care for long-term care and rehabilitation patients. The position emphasizes leadership, patient care oversight, and quality assurance, complemented by opportunities for professional growth in leadership and clinical skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a nursing team of 11-20 staff members
- Oversee patient care in long-term care and rehabilitation units
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with healthcare standards
- Manage communication among nursing staff and between departments
- Document and report incidents promptly and accurately
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Clinical nursing and patient assessment skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
