NICU/ Neonatologist

This is a fulltime clinic physician position with a 0.3 fte (12 hours) a week dedicated to a Medical Director role.

Deaconess Regional Medical Center is a 125-bed facility with 10 ORs, 20-bed CCU and 25-bed Emergency Department (ED). In 2022, care administered consisted of 42,000 ED patients, 6,000 inpatients and 257,000 clinic outpatient visits. Deaconess Regional Medical Center has Level 3 ACS Trauma Center designation and is DNV accredited. Big Sky Medical Center recently earned the Montana Trauma Receiving Facility designation, commonly referred to as Level 5 Trauma Center.

Bozeman Health opened a new NICU in 2020 and a new Psychiatric Emergency Service unit in 2022. Other new clinical offerings include Urogynecology, Pediatric Orthopedics and a Spine & Joint Institute. In the next year, Bozeman Health will introduce Gynecologic Oncology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedic trauma care and an adult inpatient psychiatric unit.

• 10 bed Level 2 NICU with short-term plans to transition to Level 3 NICU with bed expansion
• 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
• Pediatric Cardiologist on medical staff
• Newborn nursery staffed by collaborative Pediatric Hospitalists

Compensation & Benefits
This is an employed salaried position with additional incentive and quality compensation. Opportunity for a sign-on bonus is also offered.
