Facilities Coordinator

Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A West Paces Ferry is looking for a vibrant, talented Facilities Coordinator who will ensure all systems around building and equipment repairs & maintenance are executed with excellence to ensure a smooth operation and aid in our quickly growing business. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Chick-fil-A brand, the frontline worker, and the hospitality industry. While this is a Facilities Coordinator role, guest service is at the heart of what we do - this position will require the individual to work in restaurant operations to supplement for full‑time status. Responsibilities Facilities & equipment budget management Managing restaurant facilities and equipment maintenance calendar Servicing equipment (pressure fryers, open fryers, grills, refrigeration systems, ice machine, HVAC, etc.) Setting up service for equipment Vendor management Operations leadership Preferred Qualifications Degree in Facilities Management HVAC and Refrigeration certifications Previous Chick-fil-A experience The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for working with their hands, technical knowledge/training, and a passion for serving others through hospitality.
