Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-Time)

Requirements: 1–3 years of cleaning/utility experience; ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively; forklift/equipment experience a plus

What You'll Do

As an Industrial Cleaner on our team, you keep our manufacturing plant safe, clean, and operating smoothly every day! Your daily responsibilities as a Custodian will include:

• Operating a forklift and/or tugger to empty hoppers and maintain the pallet yard.
• Containing and cleaning up spills, plus sweeping and scrubbing plant aisles.
• Monitoring recycle trailer drop-offs/pick-ups and cleaning around the waste pre-crusher and cardboard compactor.
• Serving as a dedicated Janitor by clearing debris from storm drains, pallet yards, fence lines, and cleaning conveyor and trim pits.

What You Bring To The Team

• 1–3 years of janitorial, utility, or industrial facility experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively throughout your shift.
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to operate power equipment safely.
