As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you’ll work one-on-one in homes and communities, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (including Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and more). You’ll serve as a mentor, advocate, and steady presence—helping each person build confidence, develop life skills, and live life on their terms. What We’re Looking For 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities High school diploma or equivalent (18+) Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area We are urgently hiring for 2 cases in 19115 Monday-Friday 10am-5pm Monday-Friday 10am-2pm ** Both cases require a driver with a larger vehicle such as a van or SUV to transport client.
