Android/iOS Mobile Developer

Our client is looking for an experienced candidate, preferably in Android and iOS (although a strong engineer with the ability to pick up the other platform would also do), who is self-motivated and able to motivate others and coalesce them into a team, who will help drive the team(s)/task(s) he/she is working on to completion. This candidate would hop to various small teams of mobile developers working different issues and ensure they are making progress while helping to solve technical and other blockers. In many cases, this would include teaching/coaching less experienced developers to develop those same skills as part of their career development. People skills would be a must, as they'd be interacting in an active role with most everyone on the team and need to establish a good rapport with them. They would also need to be ok with jumping to wherever they were needed. An ability to solve problems and resolve issues, like missing requirements or technical knowledge, is required.
