Credit Analyst

Experienced credit analyst able to prepare a comprehensive credit review and risk opinion, including financial statement analysis, industry discussion, valuation and other metrics in alignment with credit risk policies and procedures, covering any of the following sectors: Technology, Media, Telecom, Transportation, Digital Infrastructure, Diversified Industries, Energy and Power sectors Write and present credit opinions, complete annual reviews and periodic ratings and other ad hoc requests related to portfolio monitoring To support Counterparty Risk Analysis’ role covering the Technology, Media, Telecom, Transportation, Digital Infrastructure, Diversified Industries, Energy and Power. Key Responsibilities Job duties include but are not limited to: Reviews credit applications for completeness, consistency with internal policies, and follows up as needed with Front Office. Performs impartial analysis of the borrower, group and transaction structure based on review of term sheet, market study, financial model, legal due diligence, and research. In cases where Risk is responsible for the credit analysis, prepares a comprehensive credit review and risk opinion, including financial statement analysis, industry discussion, valuation and other metrics in alignment with credit risk policies and procedures. Reviews in detail and/or prepares internal rating models (Anadefi), making corrections as needed. Drafts RPC Opinions, meeting deadlines responsibly. Makes recommendations in consultation with Sector Credit Officer regarding exposure, ratings, structure. Completes timely all internal risk systems. Coordinates with Paris questions which may arise in credit proposal and analyses for names which are under Head Office delegation. Responds to requests from Loan Review and internal and external auditors. Back-up analyst on files in other teams and sectors as the need arises. Write and present credit opinions, complete annual reviews and periodic ratings and other ad hoc requests related to portfolio monitoring #J-18808-Ljbffr Employvision Inc.
