Sales Operations Manager

Salary $95,000 - $118,000 depending on experience. Essential Job Duties Lead the development and execution of national sales campaigns, sales contests, service launches, and other strategic sales programs, including field readiness, supporting resources, communications, and follow-through. Partner with sales leadership and field teams to identify barriers, gather feedback, and translate business needs into practical process, tool, and program improvements. Gather and analyze customer feedback, Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights, and field input to identify trends, improve customer experience, and support commercial strategy and sales initiatives. Represent Sales on cross-functional projects and customer-impacting initiatives, communicating objectives, progress, risks, field needs, and next steps to key stakeholders. Develop sales playbooks, best practices, presentations, proposals, and field-facing resources that support consistent execution and customer readiness. Coordinate cross-functional support for new service launches, ensuring customer requirements, timelines, and sell-in readiness are met Support Salesforce adoption and improvement by defining field requirements, recommending enhancements, reinforcing best practices, and partnering with system owners on solutions that improve sales productivity. Monitor sales program participation, adoption, and results, using available data and field feedback to provide actionable recommendations and support ongoing problem solving. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, and other business partners to align priorities and execute sales initiatives that support growth and customer needs. Assume other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Not responsible for supervising employees. Minimum Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales project or program management, sales operations, or related field. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and supporting field sales teams. Influence without authority, ability to work across function levels Preferred Requirements Experience supporting CRM adoption, sales process improvements, national sales programs, or service launches. Experience in automotive services, collision repair, or related industry. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs. Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others, and make presentations to department or middle management. Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive, and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures. Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area. Results are defined; sets personal own goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction. Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity. Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently. The employee must occasionally life and/or move up to 25 pounds. Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
