Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay: $23.00 per hour Additional Pay: $0.75 per hour shift pay Schedule: C Shift - Wednesday 6:00 am – 12:00 pm, Thursday – Saturday 6:00 am – 6:00 pm Products & Equipment Products Being Handled: Paper Products, Everyday Essentials Equipment: Stand-up Forklift with clamp attachment Benefits Weekly pay Paid training and support Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) (starting at 30 days) Paid Time Off 401(k) company match Employee stock discount 15% Employee discounts on tools, cars, hotels, electronics, cell phones, travel, and more Safety gear provided Leadership prioritizing safety Continuous improvement focus Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred Valid Forklift Operator's License certified Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Ability to be a team player and work within a diverse environment Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization Highly thorough and dependable Punctual and strong attendance record Work independently with minimal supervision High degree of initiative Strong accuracy under pressure Lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs Stand for long periods of time Work using health and safety methods Available for a flexible schedule on various shifts Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices Responsibilities Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting Duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract Accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks Handle day‑to‑day paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc. Technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours of production Other duties as assigned Important Note: Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
