What You Will Do Manages all resident interactions with the highest level of professionalism and accommodates special requests whenever possible; resolve the needs of the resident by providing a high-level of customer service and develops creative solutions to solve resident concerns; facilitates all inquiries and concerns in connection with our Elevated Living Experience offered, hours of operations, key team members, in-house experiences, directions, etc. and responds to all requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge. Organizes resident personal belongings, messages, and packages which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner while providing a high-level of customer service. Assists the leasing team with the scheduling and organization of property tours. Complies with Workplace Rules and Standards of Conduct. Interacts harmoniously and professionally with all team members at the designated property. Assure all property collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current. Privy to all activities available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with solution providers in these areas to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for residents and guests. Stores and retrieves personal luggage and belongings delivered to the property. Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements and ensures billing is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Assists in processing Resident Care request for residents and guest via telephone or in person. Provides basic trouble-shooting technical support for guest suite services such as cable, internet, TV movies, games, and web service. Facilitates the point of entry for solution provider deliveries and resident move ins and outs. Manages guest(s) parking space assignment and issues guest(s) parking passes. Oversees the bicycle sharing program. Responsible for resolving customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with our services, hours of operations, key personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and Level practices. Ensures an efficient reception experience for guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures. Communicates with Guest Service Manager any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments. Handles telephone reservations and changes with prompt courtesy, applying the hotel’s selling strategy and thorough understanding of the offerings and segmenting, to increase revenue and maximize profit. Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner. Coordinates the storage room by storing and retrieving guest luggage and packages. Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in the areas of the Valet Parking, and lobby coverage. Answers leasing prospect calls, pre-qualifying prospects and setting appointments. Facilitates property tours when necessary to support business needs. Facilitates hotel check-ins by following standard operating procedures. Provides basic trouble-shooting support for in-room services such as Internet, TV, movies, and internet service. Works closely with Valet Parking Staff to ensure smooth handling of guest vehicles, luggage (if applicable), deliveries and special requests. Performs other duties as required.
