Job Overview We are seeking a Nationwide Traveling Physical Therapist based in Houston, TX. This full‑time role allows you to practice in various Cranial Technologies locations across the United States. Responsibilities Travel to any state where we have a Cranial Technologies clinic (currently 32 states). Typical travel schedule: fly Monday afternoon/evening, work Tuesday‑Friday, fly home Friday afternoon/evening. Home Saturday and Sunday. Receive travel assignment at least 2 weeks in advance. Travel weekly, either to a local clinic or another state; candidates close to a major airport preferred. Provide clinical care to infants in a pediatric outpatient setting. Take over a caseload from another clinician, meeting new families each week. Work collaboratively with new teammates, building relationships across the company. Clinical Scope As a Clinician, you will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents rely on our Clinicians for evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and related ear conditions. Clinicians develop strong relationships with families throughout treatment. Ideal Backgrounds PTs and OTs with knowledge of symmetry, asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development. Registered Nurses experienced in hands‑on patient care and family compassion. Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists & Certified Orthotists with orthotics and direct patient care experience. Preferred Skills A background in pediatrics is preferred, but not required as we provide formal training and mentorship. Qualifications Licensed PT. 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off‑the‑shelf orthotic devices (e.g., splints, braces, maternity belts). State‑issued REAL ID compliant license or equivalent TSA‑accepted travel documentation by start date. Benefits Visible, measurable changes in two to three weeks.
