Position Summary
The Regional Manager: Sales & Operations is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing branch leaders, and expanding HireQuest Northwest's presence throughout the region.
This role serves as the primary sales leader for assigned branches while ensuring operational excellence and accountability to support sustainable growth. The Regional Manager partners closely with Branch Managers to build sales pipelines, strengthen client relationships, increase profitability, and develop future leaders.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines business development, sales coaching, operational oversight, and team development.
What You'll Do: Sales Leadership & Business Development
- Drive regional revenue growth and profitability across all assigned branches
- Coach and hold Branch Managers accountable to daily sales activity, pipeline management, and business development goals
- Partner with branch teams on prospecting, client visits, networking, and closing new business
- Develop regional growth strategies and identify opportunities for market expansion
- Support pricing strategy, margin management, and profitable account growth
- Participate in key sales meetings, presentations, and client relationship development
- Review sales KPIs, pipeline health, and business development activity across all branches
- Build a culture where sales activity, customer development, and growth are core expectations
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers, and branch teams
- Build a culture of accountability, urgency, and service excellence
- Support hiring, onboarding, and leadership development initiatives
- Conduct regular branch visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Develop future leaders and succession plans throughout the organization
- Ensure branches are aligned with company values, goals, and expectations
Operations & Branch Performance
- Ensure operational consistency and excellence across all branch locations
- Monitor KPIs, profitability, workforce readiness, and service levels
- Support branches in solving operational challenges and improving efficiency
- Share best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Step into branch operations and independently run a branch when leadership coverage or operational support is needed
Client & Community Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and community partners
- Support client retention and account growth initiatives
- Participate in networking events, industry associations, and community outreach
- Strengthen HireQuest Northwest's reputation throughout the region

- Leadership experience in staffing, workforce solutions, construction, or service-based industries
