Client Service Representative (REMOTE)

Client Service Representative (Remote) Primary Purpose: To manage accounts of locally assigned programs including monitoring procedures and processes that impact customer satisfaction, and to ensure consistency in service delivery. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Knowledge of client workers' compensation processes and procedures Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills Advanced level Microsoft Office products (especially Excel) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies Additional Functions and Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned Supports the organization's quality program(s) Travels as required Qualifications Education & Licensing: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Experience: Two (2) years of related experience to include one (1) year as an Account Coordinator, analyst, associate, or three (3) years adjuster experience.
