Operations Manager

As an ideal candidate, you’ll be a born leader with previous managerial experience. You’ll have proven experience overseeing operations, human resources, purchasing, scheduling, IT, advertising and sales departments. You’re an expert communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments. Ultimately, you’re driven by the desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity and efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals. Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve company objectives for every department. Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time. Develop, prioritize and implement an annual list of approved company objectives such as IT hardware & software needs, employee training, headcount growth, facility’s needs, policy & procedures updates. Maintain current software updates and renewals. Develop future software, custom reporting and data management systems. Supplier management, new Vendor selection and Sub-Contractor management. Setup and maintain Stock Code profiles for ERP Software as per approved Code Protocols. Trouble‑shoot and repair ERP, MRP & CRM software systems. Maintain all current company contracts & licensing agreements. Audit client contracts and client change orders. Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values. Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved. Maintain a high company morale, reinforce the desired culture and enforce the company code of conduct. Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement. Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes. Works closely with Senior Management on special planning and departmental projects. Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics. Additional Responsibilities Oversee employee schedules, vacation & PPT request and evaluations. Conduct weekly manager meetings. Provide reports as required. Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues. Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations. Job Qualifications High School Diploma, 10 years previous Managerial experience in a General Manager Capacity. Excellent skill proficiency with Database Application Software, Advanced skill proficiency with Computer Hardware-Server Level & PC based systems, Microsoft Cloud Applications, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Adobe Pro applications. Working knowledge of Human Resource Processes, State Labor requirements, HIPAA Law requirements, Employee Liability Standards. Working understanding of Contract Law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
