What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement equipment
• Inspect precision components and features
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality
• Identify and document products that do not meet specifications
• Help troubleshoot quality issues and determine root causes
• Assist with corrective actions to prevent recurring defects
• Partner with production, engineering, and operations to improve processes
• Participate in continuous improvement projects

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, inspection, or quality
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with precision measurement or inspection tools
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
• GD&T knowledge is a plus
• ASQ CQT, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus

Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of Sandston, VA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. They have a strong 401K plan. You are immediately fully invested. They offer 2x life insurance and pay for short term disability.

Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Sandston, VA.
