Senior UX Strategist

Seeking a Senior UX Strategist, the remote position will design and execute research studies, translate insights into product direction, and collaborate with design teams to enhance user experiences. Key responsibilities Design and execute generative and evaluative research studies to understand user workflows and pain points Collaborate closely with design counterparts throughout the product development cycle, from discovery through validation Present synthesized insights with actionable recommendations tied to business impact and track the effects of research-informed decisions Required qualifications 5+ years in product strategy, UX research, or related strategic roles Demonstrated experience leading generative and evaluative research methods Proven ability to translate research insights into actionable recommendations Strong facilitation, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills Willingness to travel occasionally based on project and client needs
