In this position you will be greeting customers, assisting them in choosing their bowling experience and collecting money. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and is comfortable working with other staff and helping wherever needed. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts range from 12pm - 12am. Must have your own transportation to get to and from work. Responsibilities Greet customers as they arrive Take payments Direct customers to lanes Assist customers with any issues Work with other employees to ensure facility is running smoothly Help open and close the center for business Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Ability to work well within a team environment Strong attention to detail Must be able to stand or walk for duration of shift, ranging from 4-8 hours.
