Qualifications Proven experience as a field supervisor in the Commercial Roofing industry or similar role. Extensive knowledge of various roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a roofing team. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement timely solutions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be confident in using technology for reporting and communication purposes.
