Quality Manager - Remote

Position Summary

The Quality Manager maintains the Quality Management System (QMS), enforcing decisionrights protocols, and ensuring quality governance across facilities and time zones.

Primary Responsibilities

Serve as the enterprise authority for stopwork, shipment holds, and approval or ratification of nonconformance dispositions.
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Lead root cause analysis and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) programs.
Develop and maintain global quality procedures and training programs.
Establish and enforce quality metrics, KPIs, and governance cadence.
Organize quality inspections and audits.
Address systemic gaps in inspection plans, checklists, or controls.
Lead quality training and awareness initiatives companywide.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
7+ years of experience as a Quality Manager or Lead, including multisite or enterprise quality programs.
Software proficiency: Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), SAP, and PowerApps.
Strong knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
