Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Visual Merchandiser role based in Plano, TX. The Visual Merchandiser will design, implement, and maintain in-store and window displays that highlight fine jewelry, loose diamonds, and luxury timepieces in alignment with brand standards. Responsibilities include planning seasonal and promotional displays, refreshing product presentation, and ensuring cases and fixtures are visually appealing, organized, and secure. The role will collaborate closely with store management and sales teams to support merchandising strategies that drive customer engagement and sales, including traveling to locations to train staff in merchandising best practices. Additional tasks include monitoring inventory presentation, maintaining visual merchandising guidelines, and assisting with in‑store events and merchandising‑related marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain in‑store and window displays in line with brand standards. Plan seasonal and promotional displays, refresh product presentation, and secure visual appeal and organization of cases and fixtures. Collaborate with store management and sales teams to support merchandising strategies and drive customer engagement and sales. Travel to locations to train staff in merchandising best practices. Monitor inventory presentation, uphold visual merchandising guidelines, and assist with in‑store events and marketing initiatives. Qualifications Strong customer‑facing skills in retail and customer service, with an ability to create inviting, guest‑focused environments. Effective communication and sales skills to collaborate with store teams and support merchandising that drives revenue. Hands‑on experience or aptitude in window displays and in‑store visual merchandising, including layout, color, and product presentation. Attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and consistency in maintaining brand standards for luxury products. Ability to work on‑site full time in Plano, TX, including weekends and peak retail periods as needed. Prior experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or fashion merchandising preferred but not required. Basic computer skills for reviewing planograms, visual guidelines, and inventory or merchandising tools.
