Are you passionate about travel and driven by the excitement of helping others plan their dream vacations?
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Vacation Planners . In this role, you'll combine your love of travel with client support and planning expertise to create unforgettable experiences for travelers worldwide.
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budgets
- Design and coordinate customized vacation packages including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consistent communication
- Stay informed on top destinations, seasonal promotions, and travel trends to provide expert recommendations
- Assist clients with itinerary adjustments and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred (travel experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Must be 18+ with reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace
- Comprehensive training and mentorship-no prior travel industry experience required
- Flexible scheduling with the ability to work remotely
