What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality MIG welding and fabrication
• Read blueprints and install truck body components
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and safety standards
• Use hand and power tools to complete projects
• Support production and cross-training opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience
• Ability to pass a welding test (overhead, vertical & flat positions)
• Blueprint reading and fabrication experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waco, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
