Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity requires an onsite Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to help students achieve their communication goals for the 2026/2027 academic year, working under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. It’s a full-time position (37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday), serving a diverse caseload within a supportive educational community.

Desired Qualifications:

• Possess an active Georgia Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license or state-required certification
• Prior experience in school-based settings is highly valued
• Familiarity with implementing treatment plans and supporting students under an SLP’s supervision preferred
• Confident written and verbal communication abilities, strong organization, and accurate documentation skills
• Dependable, with full-time onsite availability

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the delivery of speech and language therapy services according to established treatment plans
• Support progress toward student therapy goals under direct SLP supervision
• Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation as required by the district
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SLPs, and school staff to address student needs
• Follow all district, state, and federal guidelines and ethical standards for school-based therapy
