Training Program Support

Job Title: Training Specialist
Location: Medford, MA 02155
Pay: $24/hr W2
Schedule: Full-time, Rotational Shifts | Up to 37.5 hrs/week

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Specialist to support Roadway Worker Protection (RWP) training operations through data entry, administrative support, document management, and basic iPad troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and maintain training, attendance, and other records accurately.
Scan, organize, name, file, and archive paper/electronic documents.
Review records for missing or inconsistent information and flag discrepancies.
Support high-volume data entry and RWP training projects.
Track documents and maintain organized records.
Provide basic iPad troubleshooting and setup support.
Operate standard office equipment including computers, scanners, and printers.
Handle confidential information professionally.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Schedule

Must be available to work rotating shifts based on operational needs .

Non-Overnight Weeks:

5:30 AM-1:30 PM
6:00 AM-2:00 PM
9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Overnight Weeks:

5:30 AM-1:30 PM
6:00 AM-2:00 PM
3:00 PM-11:00 PM
9:00 PM-5:00 AM

Overnight coverage is Sunday-Thursday and rotates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off cycle.

Requirements

Strong computer and data-entry skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organization.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Flexibility to work all assigned shifts.
Ability to work across training locations as needed.

Training Locations

Primary location: 440 Riverside Ave, Medford, MA 02155

Occasional assignments may be required at MBTA training locations in Boston, Quincy, South Boston, Charlestown, and Auburndale .

Accessibility: The Medford facility currently has limited elevator access. Candidates must be able to access classrooms, including those on the second floor.
