Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location : 302 Cedar Ridge Rd, Sissonville, WV 25320

Facility : LTC/SNF

Shift : 7pm - 7am & 7am - 7pm ( Three Days in a week that includes EOW)

Contract : 9 weeks

Start : TBD

Requirements:

State LPN license
BLS/CPR preferred

Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .
Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL's, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN's.
Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
