AB Relationship Banker

Kforce has a client in Chandler, AZ that is seeking an AB Relationship Banker. Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Operations Manager in utilize all resources to assist clients with account research
- Utilize daily reports to ensure that insufficient funds and non-posted transactions are processed following established procedures by expected deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service in line with standards and client expectations
- Use systems and tracking tools to remain organized, ensure completion of all requests, and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Collaborate in a team structure and assist other members of the team to balance workload, actively supporting the team to achieve performance goals
- Build trust and relationships with clients as well as Sales Team to ensure organic growth of deposits
- Actively participate in bank training and demonstrate retention of learned knowledge
- High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- 1+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Branch Banking Operations, or similar field
- Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Must be flexible and adapt quickly to change
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong task management and professionalism is essential
- Maintain a working knowledge of related federal banking regulations and bank policies and procedures
