This contract position serves a diverse group of students across Barrington Elementary, North Middle School, and West High School. With full-time hours, you’ll have the opportunity to support students from elementary through high school, helping them achieve their goals and thrive.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Missouri Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
• Ability to manage an itinerant role across three campuses
• Comfortable providing services to a varied caseload, including different ages and needs
• Must complete district-required fingerprinting (submit TCN number for confirmation)
• Able to sign/submit a district technology form for compliance

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing students’ abilities and developing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to implement strategies that support student participation and success within the school environment
• Delivering both direct and consultative OT services as specified in students’ IEPs
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with both state and district policies
• Actively participating in IEP meetings and ongoing team communication to support student progress

This contract assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year in May. You’ll enjoy a consistent schedule with 37.5 hours per week and the chance to positively impact multiple schools within a supportive district community.
