Step into a contract-based opportunity supporting early childhood education as a Physical Therapist serving schools near Ballwin, MO. This position will have you working across two schools within the St. Louis and Jennings areas, focusing on PreK students within an Early Childhood Program. You'll be instrumental in empowering young learners to achieve their developmental milestones, working three consistent days per week (with flexibility to choose your days, and a possible expansion to a fourth day in the future).

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Missouri Physical Therapy license
• Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly preferred
• Ability to meet time-sensitive credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting (submission of TCN number required) and completion of a technology agreement
• Detail-oriented and adaptable, able to work across two campuses
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to maintaining consistency in scheduling for the benefit of students

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for PreK students in an early childhood program
• Conduct assessments and interventions to support students’ physical development, mobility, and participation in school activities
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure optimal student care and progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district protocols
• Travel between two assigned schools as needed (within the St. Louis and Jennings areas)
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development as requested

This role is approximately 22.5 hours per week (across three days), with schools in session Monday through Thursday and the possibility of schedule expansion later in the school year.
