Start Date: June 29, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 4x10-hour shifts (16:00 - 02:00), every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday), 7:1 patient ratio

Highlights:

• 629-bed short-term acute care facility with Level II Trauma and Pediatric Trauma designations
• Teaching hospital environment utilizing Epic charting system
• Work in both adult and pediatric emergency department settings conducting crisis assessments
• 13-week assignment with reduced non-billable orientation hours
• Opportunity to provide critical mental health and substance use disorder evaluations in fast-paced ED setting

Requirements:

• Active Washington state or Compact license as LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC (full licensure required; associate license not accepted)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical social work experience
• Experience conducting crisis risk assessments for both adult and pediatric populations
• Proficiency with Epic charting system required
• Hospital experience strongly preferred
• Skills in crisis intervention, biopsychosocial assessment, involuntary holds, suicide/homicide risk assessment, and care coordination
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
