DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor access activity and visitor movement within the location, helping to confirm that only authorized individuals enter restricted or controlled areas.
- Support day-to-day operations at a technology-focused corporate location by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or potential hazards observed during patrols and routine duties.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience, or 2+ years of security supervisor or manager experience, or 3+ years of security-related experience.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
