As a Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve inquiries and facilitating vehicle releases from body shops, residences, and other locations. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that requires professionalism, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills. You’ll be part of a remote team that supports Copart’s mission to deliver unmatched customer experiences through innovation, process excellence, and people-first service. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy Assist customers in releasing vehicles from third-party locations Provide support via phone, and potentially expand to chat and email channels Use company resources to resolve issues and offer tailored solutions Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions Meet performance metrics related to call quality, resolution time, and professionalism Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support Perform general office support duties as assigned Required Skills & Experience Minimum 1 year of office support or customer service experience (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills Typing speed of at least 45 WPM Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer navigation Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and appearance Bilingual skills are a plus Willingness to work occasional overtime Benefits Summary Copart offers a competitive benefits package to eligible employees, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) for those working 20+ hours/week for 5 months Copart is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
