Job Opportunity – Critical Care Registered Nurse – Indiana

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Terre Haute, Indiana

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12 hour night shifts (1900-0730) per week with self-scheduling flexibility. Three weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule (Friday-Saturday for nights). Acute care setting with 36 private beds (24 actively utilized).

Highlights:

• Critical care unit with diverse case mix including respiratory, trauma, neuro, cardiac, renal, and OB patients
• Nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2, may extend to 1:3 based on acuity
• Self-scheduling model provides excellent work-life balance
• Cerner EMR system for streamlined documentation
• Flexible cancellation policy: up to 2 shifts for assignments under 13 weeks, up to 3 shifts for assignments 13 weeks or longer
• Potential floating to step-down unit for varied clinical experience

Requirements:

• Active Indiana RN license (required to submit)
• Critical care experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Navy blue scrubs
