We're hiring our first dedicated sales hire in company history, taking over a pipeline that has grown 52% annually on the corporate side through inbound and referrals alone. This role owns revenue across five streams, professionalizes the sales motion, and helps take us past $1M in annual revenue.

This is a commission-only role for a closer who wants uncapped upside instead of a ceiling. Come in as Sales Lead, own the number, prove the motion — and grow into Head of Sales, with a base + commission structure, as revenue and the team grow under you.

You'll inherit a fully productized catalog of SKUs and packages with set pricing, a 545-client book with a 59% repeat rate, anchor relationships with Google, Embarc, Lifeway Foods, and GMR Marketing, and drafted sales assets (quote calculator, qualification flows, nurture copy) ready to be put to work. You're not starting from zero — you're starting from a proven product with no sales system around it.

What You'll Sell:

• Corporate team building and private events — our biggest and fastest-growing line
• Public ticketed experiences — partnerships and group buyouts in Chicago and Atlanta (Atlanta up 15% year-over-year)
• Brand and festival activations for major events
• Custom commissions and branded merch
• Youth programs sold to schools, park districts, and community organizations

What You'll Do:

• Own the full pipeline: respond to, qualify, quote, and close every inbound lead
• Build our first outbound motion targeting HR/People teams, EAs, office managers, and event agencies
• Convert our 59% repeat rate into structured retainers and annual agreements
• Meet with clients in person and virtually to close deals
• Run weekly pipeline reviews with the founder and monthly revenue reporting by stream

Who You Are:

• 3+ years closing B2B deals, ideally in events, hospitality, experiential marketing, or agency services, with proof you've carried and hit a quota
• Comfortable working commission-only, confident in your ability to ramp fast
• Comfortable selling $1K-$50K+ deals across short and long sales cycles
• A builder who creates process, not just follows it
• Fluent with CRM discipline
• Genuinely excited about art, culture, and live experiences
• Based in or near Chicago or Atlanta, available for in-person client meetings as needed

Compensation: 100% commission, uncapped, structured by revenue stream. Full commission rates and tiers shared during the interview process. xhyhwjd This structure converts to a base + commission model, with title and comp stepping up together once you hit the Head of Sales milestones.
