Job Location:  Benicia, California

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $22-$22.25/hour

Schedule: Monday- Saturday; 2:30pm-11pm (ability to work overtime and flexible to work weekends)

Description of Position: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Technician to join our warehouse operations team. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring finished goods are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet strict quality standards. You'll work in a clean, safe, and innovative environment with opportunities for growth and development. Every team member plays a vital role in delivering trusted solutions to our customers accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are key to success in this position. Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick a wide variety of orders while following all company procedures
• Maintain order integrity while unloading carts and pallets and packing orders neatly
• Build and shrink-wrap pallets efficiently for distribution
• Safely operate assigned equipment and machinery
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Comply with all safety, quality, and operational standards

Description of Company: You will be supporting a well-established company that specializes in high-quality health and wellness products in Benicia, California. Experience Required:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior warehouse or shipping experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working around ingredients derived from allergenic sources (including nuts, soy, dairy, fish, and shellfish)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently, in a dynamic environment
