About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Engineer to join our innovative team in Fargo, ND. We specialize in the design, analysis, and certification of aircraft medical solutions, offering the opportunity to work on real-world aviation challenges. This role is ideal for engineers who want to own projects from concept to release and see their work make a direct impact in the aviation industry, while growing through both independent work and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of parts and assemblies from concept to final release.
• Perform structural stress analysis for STC certification and prepare supporting documentation.
• Solve complex engineering problems and develop practical, certifiable solutions.
• Create detailed engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure real-world aircraft performance.
• Work with customers and field service teams to improve product performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software for 3D modeling and drawings.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Preferred: Experience with Autodesk Inventor and background in aerospace or aircraft systems.
