responsibilities:
- Manages and schedules the Systems Engineering Team's workload, coordinating local and global resources to ensure timely project deliverables.
- Acts as the regional application engineering expert, providing advanced technical support, system estimates, and developing team processes.
- Oversees the selection of controllers and end devices to meet project specifications and minimize installation costs, utilizing financial reports to evaluate success.
- Hires, mentors, and manages the performance of direct reports to support their ongoing career development.
- Collaborates with Project Owners and Installation Managers to maximize successful project execution while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards.
