Compensation DOE: Up to $80K Salary + Overtime

Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for a growing manufacturing facility in Rushville, IN. This is a direct hire opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about equipment reliability, team leadership, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Supervisor:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate preventative maintenance activities, and support production by ensuring equipment uptime and efficiency. This role will play a key part in driving safety, productivity, and overall plant performance.

Maintenance Supervisor Duties Include:

· Supervising and supporting maintenance technicians across daily operations

· Coordinating preventative and predictive maintenance schedules

· Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues

· Ensuring timely repairs to minimize production downtime

· Leading root cause analysis and corrective action efforts

· Supporting installation, startup, and maintenance of new equipment

· Maintaining maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation

· Collaborating with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance

· Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with company policies

· Assisting with inventory management for maintenance parts and supplies

What We’re Looking For:

· 3+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

· Strong troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment and automated machinery

· Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

· Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS systems preferred

· Ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Hands-on approach with the ability to support technicians on the production floor

· PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
