About the Role The Deployment Strategist will own post-sale AI deployments for Fortune 500 insurers, translating client requirements into technical architectures and driving ROI-focused go-lives. This role bridges executive stakeholder management and engineering, leading multiple deployments and partnering with sales to identify expansion opportunities. Job Description Role The Deployment Strategist owns the post-sale journey for enterprise AI solutions, transforming high‑level commitments into live, ROI‑driven deployments. Reporting to the CEO, this is a high‑visibility role with a pathway to Lead within 6–9 months. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple client deployments from initial architectural design through go‑live. Serve as primary point of contact for VP‑level stakeholders and manage executive engagements. Design data models and workflows with client teams to convert messy real‑world data into structured execution plans. Translate complex customer requirements into actionable specifications for internal engineering teams. Partner with Sales on late‑stage deals to define scope and identify expansion opportunities. Requirements 2–5 years of professional experience. Demonstrated blend of technical ability (e.g., CS degree, SWE internship, or proficiency in hands‑on coding) and client‑facing excellence (e.g., consulting or solutions engineering experience). Experience working at deployment‑heavy firms or early‑stage startups preferred. Strong consulting‑grade communication, executive presence, and ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Proven comfort operating in high‑velocity, meritocratic environments with extreme ownership. Preferred Background Experience at firms like Palantir, Databricks, Scale AI, or similar deployment‑focused organizations is highly preferred. Familiarity with enterprise AI implementation and claims processing domains is a plus.
