We’re seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Associate to join our Austin medSPAs! This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and strong earning potential, with the opportunity to grow into full-time—flexible schedule available with Saturdays being mandatory.

Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective medical aesthetic treatments in alignment with established clinical and brand standards Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized, results-driven treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely documentation while adhering to all compliance and safety protocols Educate patients on services, products, and long-term treatment plans to support optimal outcomes Collaborate with and support team development through mentorship, training, and shared best practices Contribute to a clean, organized, and high-performing clinical environment

Requirements:

1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. 1-2 years of hands-on experience with aesthetic medical spa procedures. Must have direct, hands-on experience in medical spa procedures such as injections with the certification/licenses to all that apply, and the ability to perfectly perform said procedures. Preferred to have hands-on experience in other medical spa procedures (i.e., lasers, photorejuvenation, advanced peels, microneedling, etc.), certification/licenses to all that apply, and the ability to perfectly perform said procedures. Must possess a medical license active in the practicing state and comply with the stated scope of practice as defined by the State Board of Nursing and State Medical Board. Must have a clear disciplinary history record. Special Considerations: Must display a willingness to work in a rapidly scaling environment. Ability to be resourceful and drive significant impact with, at-times, limited resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, willingness to work in a collaborative environment. This position will include day, evening and weekend shifts.
