As a Service Advisor you will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliDetermine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers/liliSuggest add-on sales to increase average transactions/liliProvide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments/liliKeep customers apprised of work progress/li/ulpWhat Youll Need to Have for the Role:/pulliA minimum of one year of service experience is preferred/liliPrevious RV product or camping lifestyle/liliAbility to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed/liliExcellent organization and follow up skills are required/liliThe ability to follow department procedures and policies/liliValid drivers license preferred/liliMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices/liliProlonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending/li/ulpGeneral Compensation Disclosure/ppThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more.
