Paid Social Manager

Delivering best-in-class campaigns for clients, the full-time Paid Social Manager will define campaign delivery plans, optimize performance, and mentor team members while working remotely or from various U.S. office locations. Key responsibilities Manage and deliver successful Paid Social campaigns that exceed KPIs, budgets, and timelines Track, optimize, and report on campaign performance while serving as the main client contact for day-to-day tasks Develop guidelines and processes for automation and process improvements, contributing to the continuous development of the Paid Social practice Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paid Social campaign delivery Proven success in optimizing Paid Social campaigns through automation and technology Strong understanding of how Paid Social integrates with other marketing channels Excellent presentation and data analysis skills Passion for mentoring and growing the knowledge of team members
